House Rules

We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact the at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Alternatively you can cancel via the Fresha booking app that you scheduled your appointment with.

 If you fail to give 24 hours’ cancellation notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost

Our Right to cancel. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking.  In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Here at Miracles Hair and Beauty Lounge we strive to offer the best treatments possible however if we do not perform treatments or services to your standards please contact the salon within in 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist any of your concerns, if the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

A patch test must be carried out at an at least 48 hours prior to your treatment for lash extensions, lash lift, eyebrow/lash tinting. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last 12 months must have a repeat patch test before his or her treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.

For your safety and health, and to gain the best results from our treatments, you must follow our aftercare advice.

Out of consideration for other clients, clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule and will incur a charge, or will have their appointment time reduced but will still be charged full appointment time.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for your children whilst you are receiving treatment from us. Please also note that there is equipment and products in the treatment rooms that could cause injury to a child, so we therefore advise that you keep them quiet and under strict supervision at all times if it is unavoidable that they are with you.

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy or diabetes prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Please be aware that it is the clients responsibility to let the therapist know if they are using any types of skin thinning or acne medication before having any waxing treatments. Please read the label carefully and consult your dermatologist if you are taking any medication or using any topical cream as these creams can cause irritation scabbing and even scarring

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.

We require signed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16 year olds.
