In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to give you an update on the changes we are making in the salon and to outline what we expect from you to keep our team members and clients safe.
We have the Track and Trace app for our salon. We request that you download the app prior to coming for your appointment and scan the bar code on entry to the salon.
We have hand sanitizer in all treatment room – please use these, as much and as often as you can.
All of our utensils are sterilized in Barbicide disinfectant after every client to eliminate cross contamination (we have always done this).
We have situated protective screens on our nail stations and hair stations to offer extra protection for both staff and clients. (Staff and clients must still wear masks).
In-between each client we will be cleaning general work surfaces to reduce the spread of the virus and risk of contact.
Our team members will wear a mask and face visor during client treatments as per government guidelines.
Our team members will follow government guidance and will self-isolate if they show any signs of Covid 19, so we ask for your patience and understanding if we need to reschedule your appointment.
There are appointment-only booking systems in place to minimise the number of people in the salon at any one time. Our team are working an alternative shift pattern to accommodate all clients so please bear with us if we don’t answer the phone or are busy with a client when you arrive as their will only be one team member in at a time.
We have removed all magazines, this is to reduce germ transfer. Please feel free to bring in your own reading materials.
We apologise in advance that we will not be offering any hot refreshments to clients for the foreseeable future. If you do need a drink we will only provide water in a plastic cup.
Please wear a mask at all times in our salon. (We can provide one for you for a small charge if you have forgot yours).
Arrive promptly for your appointment and wait in the waiting area outside the salon entrance (top of stairs) to ensure social distancing requirements are met.
Use the provided hand sanitizer on entry to salon and as often as you can.
Try and use a contactless method of payment. (if you booked online you will not need your card as we take payment from the registered card you booked with).
Come alone for your treatments as we cannot accommodate anyone in the waiting area other than clients.
If you have tested positive for Covid 19 please inform us immediately and we will re arrange your appointment. If your appointment is within 24 hours of covid confirmation you are still required to pay the strict cancellation policy of 50%, however if you book your appointment in again with us within 2 weeks you will only pay the remainder 50% for the treatment. If you fail to inform us of cancellation you will be charged 100% for your missed treatment.
